Elivia Homes exchanges on exclusive site in Chiddingfold

Premium regional homebuilder Elivia Homes has achieved planning permission and subsequently exchanged on a site in Chiddingfold, where it will deliver an exclusive development of 12 properties. The site at Ridgley Road comprises of a parcel of land which was allocated in the Chiddingfold Neighbourhood Plan.

Nestled in a charming village location within the desirable High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Elivia will be creating a development of high-quality and energy-efficient four and five-bedroom private detached properties. Four of the properties will be allocated as affordable housing, providing much needed two- and three-bedroom low-cost homes for the local community. 

Elivia has committed to a sustainable approach to construction, including the use of timber frames, the inclusion of air-source heat pumps, superior levels of insulation and EV charging points for all properties. The development will also provide a number of benefits to the local area, including £120k towards a Local Equipped Area for Play (LEAP) and a further £812k of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) provided to the Borough Council to fund other community projects and initiatives.
