When moving day arrives we’ll concentrate on making things as smooth as possible so you can get set up in your new home smoothly and quickly. The property will be professionally cleaned and welcome you in style.

For peace of mind we offer a 24-hour emergency call out service and our dedicated maintenance team is highly trained to get your home back to its best efficiently.

Jordan performed an excellent role in helping me to buy my first home. I received a warm welcome during my first interaction/visit to the show home, which allowed me to make a clear decision on property suitability. Jordan clearly answered the many questions I had regarding the property/development, before helping to put forward a reservation offer. We're settling in really well. We genuinely love the house - maybe even more than we thought we would. A few little snagging things but that's to be expected obviously. 

The girls are also enjoying life here. I think they're a little apprehensive about school in a few weeks, but then we're meeting up with one or two of the neighbours' kids so they have familiar faces when they do start. 

We are definitely happy customers. Thanks again for all your help and for being so great during the process.

Ann has a great vibe of not only being on top of everything but also a very approachable, easy-going manner, she answered all of our questions very quickly and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Our own selling process was a challenge and didn’t run to schedule, but she made us feel calm and without worry at the buying end.
Her reassuring and kind approach, whilst also keeping things on track is everything we could have hoped for, and it has been a real pleasure. In fact, everyone we have dealt with on-site at Elivia has been a tremendous credit to the brand.

Our purchase wasn’t an easy one. Due to family problems and selling our old home to buy our new home, it was emotionally and physically draining, but I can honestly say that you were amazing with us from start to finish. 

There were times I really didn’t feel that we were going to get our new home, but with Pauline’s help, we achieved it. She stood by us all the way and was so patient with us. I will be eternally grateful for her support. 

Since moving in, she continues to be there for us. I even like to pop in and have a little chat. Pauline has been so welcoming, even after our purchase, and that really does show what a lovely person she is.

We viewed a lot of properties during our search, many of them new builds, and we were so impressed with the way Jordan handled our enquiries. She really stood out from other agents we met. She was friendly, knowledgeable, etc, but she was also approachable and honest in her responses, help, and advice. She wasn't pushy in the slightest which was quite refreshing. We'd buy from her again in a heartbeat.

We hope you will be fully satisfied with how any reported issues are dealt with by our Customer Care team, however in the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with the outcome, a three-stage complaints policy & procedure is available to you, should you wish to make a formal complaint.
