Winner in all three categories

We are delighted to announce that last night we were crowned winners by the South Coast Property Awards for ‘House Builder of the Year’ recognising the Group’s transformative past twelve months. 

Not only has our hard work been rewarded across the Group but also on a development level as Blake’s View in Lavant was announced as the winner for ‘Residential Development of the Year’ and our Hawkin’s Field development in Fittleworth, featuring Passivhaus homes, as the winner for ‘Sustainable Development of the Year’.

These prestigious awards acknowledge our dedication and commitment to being an innovative housebuilder that focuses on helping people and places thrive, and we look forward to growing our impact and contribution to the region.
